Meet Roz Keane: Trauma-Informed Divorce & Recovery Coach

Roz brings over 20 years of experience in education, with a rich background supporting children and families. As an Attachment Lead, she has championed the emotional well-being of countless families, and she's also a qualified IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advisor) with a foundation in community psychology and a deep commitment to trauma recovery.
A mother of four boys and someone who has navigated her own complex and challenging divorce, Roz offers clients not just professional guidance but personal understanding. She knows first-hand the emotional, legal, and financial hurdles that come with coercive or abusive relationships.
As a trauma-informed divorce and recovery coach, Roz supports survivors through the practical realities of separation — whether that's preparing for court, reclaiming financial independence, or rebuilding confidence and identity after years of control. Her work is grounded in evidence-based frameworks, inspired by the insights of leading voices in trauma healing including Gabor Maté, Deb Dana, Janina Fisher, and Stephen Porges.
With every meeting, Roz brings calm, clarity, and compassion, helping her clients move forward with structure, strength, and hope.
