Roz Keane

Ros brings over 20 years of experience in education. In addition to her teaching background, she has served as an Attachment Lead, supporting the emotional well-being of children and families. She is a qualified IDVA (Independent Domestic Violence Advisor), with a background in community psychology and a deep commitment to trauma recovery.

A mother of four boys with lived experience of a complex and challenging divorce, Ros offers not only professional expertise but also personal empathy. She understands first-hand the emotional, legal, and financial challenges that often follow coercive or abusive relationships.

As a trauma-informed divorce and recovery coach, Ros supports survivors in navigating the practical realities of separation—whether that's preparing for court, reclaiming financial independence, or rebuilding a sense of self after years of control. Her approach is grounded in evidence-based frameworks and inspired by leading voices in trauma healing, including Gabor Maté, Deb Dana, Janina Fisher, and Stephen Porges.

Ros brings calm, clarity, and compassion to every meeting, helping clients move forward with structure, strength, and hope.
